Surgeon Simulator 2 isn't all about slapdash surgeries with seemingly broken hands, it's also about trying to figure out what the crazy people who built the hospital were thinking and how to fix the problems they are giving you.
In the cold room, you will have to hunt down a rocket to open the door to the cold room. As you enter the surgery, go through the door to the left and you will see three grates in the wall in front of you. Remove the boxes from the grid at the very end, then remove them from the wall.
Go inside, dodge to go through the vent, and you'll come to a room with a rocket in the wall. Grab it and remove it, then head back to the main hallway. Tear off the second grid and place the rocket in it. Go in and take the diagnostic scanner from the back of the room and bring it to the surgery.
Now go back into the room and take as many yellow and red syringes as you can. When you have enough supplies, go to the rack closest to the cold room and remove it from the wall. This will reveal a location for the rocket. Put it in there and the door will open. Check on the scanner to see which organs you need from the cold room, then use the treadmill to transfer them to surgery.
After that, you can go back and perform the surgery Bob needs, saving another life in a hospital that appears to be designed to kill people.
