Resident Evil 3 Remake is filled with things that will make your fight to survive a little easier, like the Red Dot Sight. You can combine this with your handgun, giving you a nice upgrade and some increase in accuracy when firing.
To find the Red Dot Sight, you'll need to go to the pharmacy first, to make sure you can get the correct code for a safe.
After Carlos asks you to go to the substation at the start of the game, and you find the driveway which is just a light, turn around and come back on your way. Some zombies will take down a fence, and you can take them out with a red barrel nearby.
Go down the steps and enter the Moon Donuts, and make sure to use the safe. Exit through the back door and you will find four zombies in the street which you can take out with another red barrel.
