Amazon announces relaxation of return policy during coronavirus containment measures. Most items ordered between February 15, 2021 and April 30, 2021 can be returned until May 31, 2021.
Amazon has just updated its dedicated product returns pages, with this message: “Nothing is more important than the health and well-being of our customers, employees and the communities we serve. It is for this reason that we are temporarily extending our returns window to allow you more time to return your products to us. Most items ordered from Amazon.com or sellers between February 15, 2021 and April 30, 2021 can be returned until May 31, 2021".
Amazon is not the first distributor to grant extra time for returns.
