Apple will push its customers to buy a new iPhone!

Whether you like the bitten apple or not, it leaves no one indifferent. While Apple's business success and popularity cannot be disputed, its policy / strategy is not to everyone's liking. While the iPhone 6 (check out new photos of the gray version of the iPhone 6) will be released this fall, Apple to launch aggressive promotion soon to get customers to migrate to the latest iPhone models.

Apple is going to offer a “huge” promotion to encourage its customers to migrate to the latest iPhones! Are you surprised?

If we are to believe 9 to 5 mac, always very well informed when it comes to Apple, the Cupertino company intends to offer a “huge” event in its physical stores this week. From May 8, Apple will contact customers with trade-in eligible iPhones by email (i.e. older versions) to encourage them to visit their local Apple Store.

These customers will then be offered an exchange program allowing them to afford the iPhone 5c or 5s at “lower” cost. Still according to 9 to 5 mac, Apple would have great ambitions for this offer sinceit is already preparing to welcome a large number of visitors. The operation will take place in a large number of American states at first, but it is not impossible to see it land on other markets, including on the old continent.

It remains to be seen the reasons for such a promotion at this time of year. This may seem surprising insofar as the iPhone 6 will not land before the fall and the latest generations of the iPhone continue to sell very well (unlike the iPad for which Apple had to explain) . However, Apple has decided to sell as much stock as possible from this month of May and would even already have other offers in mind to increase sales. Share your thoughts on this in the comments. Are you surprised by Apple's strategy? Do you think this will pay off?
