Best Notebooks for Coding

A separate category is dedicated to all those jobs where it is speed of execution and computing power are required, but high contrast and color fidelity is not required. As for programming, and in the more generic case of computing power, more importance will be given to the processor, with reduced costs compared to a notebook dedicated to graphics. On the other hand obviously we will not be able to take from our poor laptop, the rendering of a semi-realistic model in three dimensions.

Best notebooks: specifications needed

For a better review of the proposed laptops, we have carried out a thorough research with some firm clauses:

  • All proposed laptops must be equipped with SSD mass storage: none of the items proposed have a primary magnetic hard disk. This means spending a little more, but the advantage in everyday life is unmatched, the system readiness is surprisingly greater, the risk of breakage far less, especially for a notebook that is carried frequently.
  • All notebooks have at least 8 gigabytes of DDR4 ram: considering the minimum specifications required by the basic operating system, an increasing work with web browsers, and the use of multiple software open at the same time, 4 GB of ram would be insufficient. Furthermore, the previous DDR3 technology would result in a noticeable reduction in performance and speed, but not a considerable cost savings.
  • All proposed notebooks have processors intel i3/i5/i7 series 8 o AMD Ryzen: in the face of a few euros more, it is advisable not to look at the purchase of a computer with a disposable tool, but, however cheap, always evaluate it as a tool aimed at lasting over time and keeping up with the needs of the future . It should also be added that the production houses of the other internal components of the notebook, together with the software houses that develop programs for both common and specific use, have been supporting these two technologies much better for years now. Especially when it comes to touching high-performance components, or specific programs (such as drawing and engineering).

Buy consciously

Beyond the practical considerations, the conscious choice and purchase, as well as guaranteeing savings over time, are useful for avoiding waste. Planned obsolescence, consumerism in the technological field, and environmental factors can be countered even with a small initiative such as a more reasoned purchase.

Supplied software to be reported

To complete the equipment of the laptop, we point out that most of the advertisements shown (if not all) give the opportunity to receive a discount on Microsoft Office products! It may be convenient to take advantage of it so as not to find yourself having to make up for it by spending more.

Also in the "Back to School" period, which will end shortly, you can get a discount for the purchase of Adobe software directly on the manufacturer's website: here.
