An elegant design
Honor Play impresses first of all with its design. The device is in fact characterized by a structure with rounded corners (similar to those of the previous Honor 10), but with two obvious differences. First of the latter is the arrangement of the double rear camera, placed vertically, parallel to the long side of the device, and with the LED flash immediately below.
Arranged differently is also the fingerprint sensor which is no longer located on the front side, but finds space in the upper part of the back cover. Unlocking by fingerprint is thus made much simpler than that adopted by the previous model, but again presents the problem of configuration which, not immediate, requires the owner a good dose of patience.
The rear facade is almost entirely occupied by the 6.3 inch display with 2340 × 1080 resolution, except for the small lower frame bearing the company logo. On the other hand, the notch is missing, which in this model has been completely eliminated to guarantee a greater surface of use available. Are you missing the famous notch? You can always reactivate it in the settings display menu, where you will find the “Notch” item!
