The procedure for repeat a video on YouTube it's quick and easy. All you have to do is access the page with the movie of your interest and activate the automatic playback. It will be useful to know that you can loop both a single movie and a playlist containing multiple videos: you can find all the details below.
Repeat a single video on YouTube
repeat a single video on YouTube, linked to the main page of the service, enter the title of the movie of your interest in the field Search, located at the top, and press the icon of magnifying glass, to start the search. In the new screen that appears, locate the movie you want to repeat and click on its title or on his cover image, to start playback.
Now, right click on the player and choose the option loop from the menu that appears, to activate automatic playback of the movie at infinity. In case of second thoughts, you can disable the repeat by right clicking on the video again and removing the check mark from the item loop. Alternatively, simply switch to playing another video or close the YouTube page.
Repeat a YouTube video playlist
How do you say? Your intention is to activate the automatic repeat of multiple videos? In this case, you should know that you need to log in to YouTube with your Google account, open a YouTube channel and create a playlist with the videos to repeat automatically.
Therefore, connected to the main YouTube page, click on the button Log in (top right) and select yours Google account, to log in. Next, tap on yours photo located at the top right (or on the icon of thelittle man if you haven't customized your account) and choose the option Your channel from the menu that appears
If you have not yet created a YouTube channel, on the new screen that appears, make sure that the data shown in the fields Your name e Last name are correct and press the button Create channel, to create a YouTube channel using your first and last name. Alternatively, to use a custom name, choose the option Use a company name or another type, insertion il name of your interest in the appropriate field and click on the button Crea. You are now ready to create a playlist. Then access the page with the video of your interest, click on the item Save e scegli l'opzione Create new playlist. Then enter the playlist name to be created in the appropriate field, set the privacy level by choosing one of the available options (Public, Non in cast e private) and click on your button Crea.
To add new videos to the playlist you just created, access the pages that contain the videos of your interest, click on the option Save and put the check mark next to the name of the playlist to which you want to add them.
When the operation is complete, click on yours profile picture, at the top right, select the option Your channel from the menu that opens, press on the item playlist visible in the menu located at the top and click on playlist you created just now, to start playing it.
To set all videos to repeat automatically, click on the icon two arrows, in order to activate the function Continuous playback playlist, And that's it.
Repeat video on YouTube Music
If it is your intention to activate the automatic replay of a video on YouTube Music, linked to the main page of the Google-owned music streaming service and click on the option Search, visible at the top right. Then enter the title of the video to repeat in the field Search and premium tasto Submit on the keyboard to view the search results.
On the newly opened page, locate the video you are interested in and click on the relevant ▶ ︎ button to start playing it. Then locate the button repetition (l'icona delle two arrows) visible at the bottom right and press it once to activate the automatic repetition of all the songs available in the music queue (Repeat everything) or press it twice to loop the video ( Repeat one).
Replay YouTube videos from smartphones and tablets
At the time of writing this guide, it is not possible repeat YouTube videos from smartphones and tablets. This feature, in fact, has not yet been made available in the YouTube app for Android and iOS devices. Having said that, you can do your job by creating a playlist of a single movie and turning on the automatic playback of the latter.
Android
To create a playlist in YouTube per Android, start the app of the famous Google video sharing service, press on yours profile picture (top right) and, if you haven't already, create your YouTube channel by selecting the option Your channel. Before proceeding, however, you must know that through the YouTube app it is possible to create a YouTube channel using only your name and surname, without the possibility of choosing a custom name.
That said, make sure the data you enter in the fields Your name e Last name are correct and press the button Create channel. Now, tap on the item Collection visible in the menu located at the bottom and press on the option New playlist to start the process of creating a new playlist.
At this point, tap on the icon of magnifying glass placed at the top right, write the title of the video you want to repeat in the field Close your YouTube, locate the video of your interest in the search results and press on its cover image to start playback. To add the video in question to the playlist, tap the button Save, scegli l'opzione Change, put the check mark next to playlist you created earlier and press the button end, in order to save all changes.
Finally, tap on the item Collection, select the playlist containing the video to repeat and press the ▶ ︎ button to start playback. Then tap on the icon of two arrows, in order to activate the automatic repeat function, and that's it.
As an alternative to the procedure I have just described to you, you must know that you can repeat a video on YouTube also using Musepic: a free application that allows you to access YouTube videos and activate automatic repetition, even for a single portion of the video.
After downloading Musepic from the Play Store, launch the app in question, enter the name of the video of your interest in the search field located at the top and press the button Search for, to view the search results.
Then press on title or oncover image movie you want to repeat (to start playing it) and, in the new screen that appears, move the lever next to the option Cycle da OFF a ON, in order to activate the automatic repeat of the video.
If, on the other hand, you want to repeat only a part of the movie, enter the time period in the fields Home e end e fai tap sul pulsating To save.
Do you want to repeat a video of YouTube Music? In that case, you can achieve your purpose via the repeat function built into the official application of the service. After starting the app in question, then tap on the icon of magnifying glass (top right), enter the title of the video of your interest in the field Search and click on the most relevant search result, in order to start playing it.
Now, click on the option Next video e fai tap sull'icona delle two arrows twice consecutively, in order to activate the automatic repetition of the video.
iPhone and iPad
The procedure for repeat a YouTube video from iPhone and iPad, including automatic replay of YouTube Music, is identical to what I indicated in the previous lines, talking about Android devices. All you have to do, therefore, is to follow the same instructions contained in the previous chapter.
If, on the other hand, you are wondering if there is a third-party application to replay a video on YouTube without creating a playlist, you can download Music TV: a free app that allows you to search for a video on YouTube, start playing it, and even enable auto-repeat. A subscription version is also available (starting from 1,49 euros / week) which allows you to remove advertisements, search for playlists on YouTube and take advantage of additional features, such as the automatic shutdown timer.
After downloading MusicTV from the App Store, start the app in question, write the name of the video of your interest in the field YouTube quick search e fai tap sul pulsating Search. Then press on title of the movie to repeat and tap the ▶ ︎ button to start playback.
Then press the icon of rotella d'ingranaggio, located at the top left, and put the check mark next to the option Repeat one, to activate automatic repeat of the video being played.
Selecting, invece, l'opzione Repeat everything, you can activate the repetition of all the videos you have searched for using the search function.
If you have second thoughts, you can retrace your steps and disable automatic repeat by pressing the icon rotella d'ingranaggio and choosing the option Repeat off. Easier than that?
