One of the first solutions that I recommend you to try to sell a house on the Internet is immobiliare.com, a very famous portal (also available as an app for Android and iOS) that allows you to publish advertisements relating to the sale and rental of properties. It is free, albeit with some limitations. To use it, you simply need to register for it, place your ad and wait for it to be approved and published online.
To publish the announcement relating to the sale of a house on Immobiliare.com, first connect to the home page of the service, then press the red button Publish for free located at the top right and click on the link Sign Up located at the bottom, near the wording Not registered?. On the page that opens, presses the buttons through which you can register with your account Facebook or your account Google or, if you prefer, fill out the registration form to register with yours email address and, after checking the box I am of age, I have read and accept the General Conditions and Privacy Policy, pigia sul pulsating Sign Up.
Once registered, select the ad category you want to publish (eg. Residential), complete any other information requested by selecting the type of property you want to sell, check the item Sale and click on the red button Continue. To sell your property with CasaClick, first connect to its main page, press the link Public located at the top and then on the button Sign Up. Then fill out the form that appears on the screen by entering the requested data (name, last name, email, Password, etc.), tick the entry Authorization to process personal data e pulsing sul pulsating Sign Up located at the bottom of the page.
Within a few seconds CasaClick will send you an email to the address you provided earlier: click on the link inside to validate your email and confirm your registration for the service and then click on the link Log in located at the top right to log in to your account by entering your account login details.

To begin with, connect to this Case24.com page and fill in the fields that you find in the section Property data indicating the descriptive information of the house you want to sell (area, state of the property, typology, price, etc.) and then also fill out the form relating to yours personal data (name, last name, email, address, Etc.).
If you wish, select the boxes at the bottom of the form specifying other characteristics of the house you want to put up for sale and, finally, press the red button Send proposal which is placed at the bottom of the page.
If everything went well, in a short time your ad will be online and you will be notified of it to the e-mail address you provided earlier (in the appropriate field of the form Personal data).

- Kijiji - the well-known ad portal belonging to the eBay group can be used not only to sell new and used items, but also houses and properties of various kinds: absolutely to try!
- Trovacasa.net - this is a site specifically dedicated to the purchase and sale of properties, whether they are located in Italy or abroad.
- CasaDaPrivato - as can be easily guessed from its name, this portal is dedicated exclusively to individuals who wish to sell (or buy) houses.
