IGTV - literally Instagram TV - is the first concrete attempt of the famous social platform to go and compete with a sacred monster like YouTube. To integrate the new platform with the social network, it is possible share IGTV videos in Instagram Stories, and soon we will see how!
In fact, as explained in our in-depth analysis, the new app presented by Instagram would allow record video vertically and up to 1 hour of playback. In short, a nice generational leap if you think of the stories of limited duration (24h) and the videos up to one minute long.
Share IGTV videos in Instagram Stories
Three, only three very simple steps to share IGTV videos in your account's Instagram Stories! It should be noted then that in this case you can insert links in the Instagram stories of an IGTV video even if you haven't reached 10000 followers!
That said, let's assume you've already downloaded the IGTV app on your smartphone, and you've already made a video that you now want to upload to Instagram Stories. However this will not always be necessary as Instagram has integrated the service into the app. For completeness, here are the links to the free download of the app:

But now let's get to the guide: as mentioned, you will only have to perform three steps! First of all upload a video to IGTV after having created your personal channel in it. If you haven't, from IGTV just click on the gear symbol and follow the instructions for channel creation associated with your Instagram account.
After uploading the video, clicking on it you will see that there are icons at the bottom left (like, comments, send and settings). The settings icon, which you will recognize by the three vertical dots (
) will allow you to access a menu similar to the one in the photo below, and from here you will have to click on "Copy the link"
Time go to Instagram and click the camera icon in the upper left corner, just for create an Instagram Story. Alternatively, you can swipe from left to right. After taking the photo for the story (or making a writing like in our example) it will appear the link icon:
In fact, at the top you will see an icon with the shape of two linked rings: click it and a screen will appear where you can add your video by clicking on the "IGTV video"And, subsequently, on"Add a link”Just as shown in the example photos. Finally, click the "V" symbol at the top right to confirm:
At this point you just have to publish the story and that's it! By doing this you can share IGTV videos in Instagram stories whenever you want: simple isn't it?
