War Robots : guide to Light Class robots

Light class robots have as main characteristic the speed to sacrifice firepower, even if every basic value can be improved by spending SILVER in the enhancement of the robot, which will raise living standards and speed by increasing its attack and mobility potential. In the various types of light Mechs, we find the invisible Stalker...to the most protective Gareth or the powerful little speedsters Gepard o Jesse. At the beginning of the game, it is always recommended to use the Cossack, of Destrier either Schutze which will facilitate all the first stages of the game and progress in the first leagues with a few strengthening interventions. Stalker e Gareth are recommended mechs to be used in the second stage to climb the highest alloys.

COSSACK , the hunter by becon and piccolo jumper

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Lightweight

TYPE OF COMBATMENT: Beacon Hunter

ACCOUNT LEVEL: Level 3

SPECIAL SKILLS: Jump - take off in the air to get close to the target, dodge enemy fire, or take an elevated lead position. Skill Recovery Time 5 seconds

COST: 75,000 silver

Of all the light robots, the Cossack goes up and down the battlefield in a very dynamic way dodging the various attacks by hiding on the raised areas of the map, as well as being the perfect mech to capture enemy beacons and flank any designated targets. This small mech is one of the fastest units in the universe of War Robots , it is equipped with a jet engine that makes it jump every five seconds but although it is very dynamic, it is penalized with a low initial hit points value. Its special ability makes it optimal for dodging long-range hits or getting out of the kill zones of larger and more dangerous mechs at short range. As the game progresses, this mech becomes obsolete and practically useless, so it can only be used in the first leagues. If you still want to take it into battle, equip an Orkan or any of the average plasma weapons ( Taran / Scourge / Schocktrain ), please do not look for hand-to-hand combat if you want to stay alive until the end of the game! The Cossack specializes in bite and run.

DESTRIER, the starting base

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Lightweight

TYPE OF COMBATMENT: Standard Mech

ACCOUNT LEVEL: Level 1

SPECIAL SKILLS: Nessuna

COST: 75,000 silver

The Destrier is the first robot we initially interface with in the game, although it is a standard type proves to be one of the strongest in its category. It's a very easy to play unit ideal for new players that interface with War Robots the first time, it is equipped with a long distance weapon very effective in the first levels and a medium distance chasing dart launcher that starts automatically in the firing phase on the designated target. Functional to learn how to catch becons and to rough the player in the early stages of PVP.

GEPARD, the fighting cat

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Lightweight

TYPE OF COMBATMENT: Beacon hunter / standard fighter

ACCOUNT LEVEL: Level 2

SPECIAL SKILLS: Nessuna

COST: 250 Gold ( currency available for a fee or by playing )

The Gepard is one of the fastest robots in its category, it was inspired as the name suggests to the Gepardo, that is a mech capable of doing serious damage to enemy pilots while moving at a very fast pace. This mech is one of the most popular in the game, thanks to the fact that you climb the rankings very easily if you know how to best equip it with 3 customizable weapon points. To make the most of it, you need to learn how to master its speed while using sustained fire on a target thanks to the rapid fire of the Pinata rocket launcher and the bursts of the Punisher cannon. Although it doesn't have any special skills, it uses incredible firepower to be a light robot but you have to be careful with the most powerful mechs as it has no basic protection provided. Also try with this type of tactic bite and run away making the most of the shelters offered by the various scenarios of the game.

Snipers, The Light Sniper

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Lightweight

TYPE OF COMBATMENT: Standard sniper

ACCOUNT LEVEL: Level 3

SPECIAL SKILLS: Nessuna

COST: 150,000 Silver

Schutze is the base for those players who want to hone their long-distance skills by specializing as snipers before heading to higher game levels. This Mech is equipped with a slot for heavy weapons and proves to be a fast and agile unit, initially is equipped with a precision cannon Nashorn but if you want to maximize the damage but sacrificing the speed of reloading you can switch later to a model more 'powerful as the Kang Dae, I recommend, being a mech specializing in ranged combat must avoid as much as possible a fight at medium / short distance, penalty rapid death! The Schutze, starts with a very good basal speed at the expense of the few life points so you must learn to slide in and out of the enemy line remaining at a comfortable and safe distance.

GARETH, the lightweight defender

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Lightweight

TYPE OF COMBATMENT: Beacon Hunter / Beacon Defender / Versatile Fighter

ACCOUNT LEVEL: Level 9

SPECIAL SKILLS: Phalanx Mode - Gareth moves his shield from his side and places it in front of him, when he is protected from frontal attacks, his movement speed is 20% lower

COST: 500 gold

Fast and robust, this Mech is suitable for catching and defending beacons, it is the first in the category of the Knights. Gareth shows to have a considerable speed enriched by a moderate firepower all surrounded by a physical shield that can be activated that can withstand the comparison with types of robots definitely more 'powerful. The only flaw is the weight loss in movement speed which decreases by 20%, but this malus is totally repaid by the defensive power that is obtained once the shield is activated. There are various types of armament conformations for this Mech even if the armament that fits best remains the plasma or energy one.

JESSE, The gunner

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Lightweight

TYPE OF COMBATMENT: Beacon Hunter / Versatile Fighter

ACCOUNT LEVEL: Level 7

SPECIAL SKILLS: Quick Draw - Jesse changes the active weapon slot. Cooldown skill 10 seconds.

COST: 500 gold

Jesse is a deceptive mechanized predator, always ready to ambush an unsuspecting enemy. He is in a position to use his special ability to switch active weapons with inactive ones in his possession and thus change the attack mode at will. It mounts four light weapons slots (can be activated in pairs). Usually used with two Aphids or two Pins to alternate to another combo at will according to the utility you want to give to this Mech.

STALKER, The ambush expert

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Lightweight

TYPE OF COMBATMENT: Beacon Hunter / Runaway Fighter / Support Fighter

ACCOUNT LEVEL: Level 20

SPECIAL SKILLS: Stealth - Stalker temporarily activates stealth mode, in this state disappears from enemy radar and can not be hooked, skill duration 8 seconds. Cooldown skill 16 seconds

COST: 500 gold

Agile, imperceptible and inexorable, it is able to temporarily activate Stealth mode which makes it invisible to enemy radar and therefore benefits in the event of an ambush or surprise attack. Great mech to learn to move with this ability, the Stalker has lost some importance after the release of the latest update that brought the trio of robots with Dash skills but still remains a great device to start climbing the most important leagues. Thanks to its long life, the special ability of this Mech allows him to cross long spaces without receiving even a scratch and remaining in total anonymity. If you want to equip it for a Ninja Stealth mode, the best weapons are certainly an upgraded Magnum combo but in the case of a close combat set up the right choice is still a pair of Pinata. If you spend a few points to level the Mech, you'll find that when you reach level 9 you'll have to deal with the fastest robot in the game (66 Km/h) so make sure you use this big advantage in your favor.

BACK TO THE BEGINNING

War Robots : guide to middle class robots

The main feature of the middle class robots is versatility, in fact they mix a good firepower at a high rate of rate, this makes these Mechs can cause a considerable amount of damage. Traditional configurations such as Galahad, Vityaz and Golem you will often find them in the initial battlefields up to the medium-high levels of the world leagues, while configurations such as Bulgasari, Haechi and the Kumiho in very advanced leagues like the Master or the Champion. Always talking about the various types of medium Mechs, we find the Rogatka who is considered an excellent beacon hunter until you get to the versatile Dash. Fukin and Carnage They both boast very powerful integral energy shields that complement their firepower and unique abilities making them opponents to keep an eye on the battlefield at all times.

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Medium

TYPE OF COMBATMENT: Standard / Long Range

ACCOUNT LEVEL: Level 4

SPECIAL ABILITIES: None

COST: 500,000 silver

Mech equipped with a heavy slot on the side that allows an uninterrupted fire while comfortably standing behind a cover. Very versatile, it is an excellent startup for beginners and intermediate players, it can be equipped with one heavy weapon and two light ones and boasts a very good amount of initial life points. Being a very variable Mech, it can be equipped with long, medium or short range weapons depending on the driver's attitude, it also enjoys a fairly good speed of movement. If used at short range is recommended a Thunder armament and a pair of Pinata, while at medium range would be better equipped with a heavy weapon and two Pins. Speaking of long range, where this Mech expresses its potential better, it is recommended to equip it with a heavy missile launcher Trebuchet, Trident or Tempest with a set of Gekkos or Arbalests while if we want to add a touch of plasma, is recommended the use of a Punishers or a Molots.

GOLEM, the mechanized monster

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Medium

TYPE OF COMBATMENT: Standard / Long range

ACCOUNT LEVEL: Level 5

SPECIAL ABILITIES: None

COST: 500,000 silver

The Golem is a middle class robot based on versatility and is able to survive with heavy firepower up to Gold or Diamond alloys. It cannot be equipped with a physical shield and this makes it more fragile, so more attention must be paid during massive firefights. This Mech, however, offers good mobility and combining it with its actual firepower makes it a device worth investing your silver in and taking it to the highest alloys. Thanks to its three equipment slots it can be set in different ways: plasma and energy thanks to the combination of Trebuchet, Zeus or Redeemer combining them with a medium energy weapon such as Scourge, Shocktrain or Taran or a combination with Magnum, Gekko depending on the preferred engagement distance. Otherwise you can think of a more traditional setting like a Trident, Nashorn or Kang Dae combined with Orcs, Tulumbas or Pinata, Pins.

GL. PATTON, The Destroyer

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Medium

COMPACT TYPE: Versatile fighter / Standard / Long-range sniper

ACCOUNT LEVEL: Level 6

SPECIAL SKILLS: None

COST: 500,000 silver

The GL. Patton is equipped with four small arms slots, which makes it a universal soldier that you will tara in combat according to the range you want to keep during battle. Equipped with a very good level of initial life points, it's built for a mid-range fighting style even though it's a bit sensitive to long-range Mechs and fast, dynamic robots. Its specialty is cover fire and flank fire, taking advantage of its suppressive fire capability that makes it lethal against Mechs equipped with shields, not to mention those without any type of defense.

ROGATKA, the runner

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Medium

TYPE OF COMBATMENT: Beacon Hunter / Light Fighter

ACCOUNT LEVEL: Level 6

SPECIAL SKILLS: Jump - Take off in the air to get close to the target, dodge enemy fire or take a high vantage position. Skill Recovery Time 7 seconds

COST: 2,500 gold

Equipped with a jump engine is the fastest Mech in its category, equipped with two medium weapon slots represents a threat to any type of opponent. Great for beacon hunting, the Rogatka has recently been upgraded with the latest update to improve its sprint, jump, and trigger capability making it a worthy capper. Equipped with a high number of life points and equipped with a medium combo armament that gives him the possibility to defend himself in an optimal way during a flank or acquisition phase of a beacon makes it very useful in team play. It is not possible to equip it with physical or energy shields, so during the combat phases it will be necessary to make the most of its jumping ability and its speed of movement remembering the cooldown of 7 seconds each activation. Recommended the use of Molot T or a Punisher but as another possible combo you can use an Orkans or a Tarans. This robot excels in maps like Moon or Valley for its ability to jump over and under various elements of the scenario, giving a great tactical advantage to the pilot.

BOA, The Dreadnought

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Medium

COMPACT TYPE: Medium distance / Short distance

ACCOUNT LEVEL: Level 8

SPECIAL SKILLS: None

COST: 500.000 Silver

The Boa proves to be the toughest Mech in its class, perfect for close combat thanks to its ability to absorb a great deal of damage. This robot could be called terribly slow but at the same time terrifying in an enclosed space, equipped with a single slot for heavy weapon and one for medium weapon, can inflict a huge amount of damage to the enemy.

CARNAGE, The Mech Devourer

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Medium

FIRE TYPE: Versatile fighter / Short - Medium range / Long-range shooter

ACCOUNT LEVEL: Level 20

SPECIAL SKILLS: Rush - movement speed temporarily increases by 66% allowing him to cross enemy lines and obey close range combat. Skill duration 10 seconds, cooldown 20 seconds.

COST: 13,000 Workshop points

Carnage is a very functional and dangerous Mech that remains lethal even after suffering a large amount of damage, is protected by a built-in energy shield and is able to take a shot by greatly increasing its basal speed for a limited period of time. Equipped with two heavy weapon slots it is considered the monster of the middle class robots because of its ability to enter and exit conflicts at a very high rate. With two upgraded Thunder, it can cause devastation in enemy initial spawn areas or in the center of maps like Yamantau or Valley, not to mention the fact that Carnage equipped with two Thunder is one of the cheapest and most powerful Mechs you can acquire. If piloted correctly, a Carnage that goes in and out of enemy range or cover in a timely manner remains a big problem for the enemy even if in the case of a collision against an opponent equipped with plasma / energy weapons you find yourself at a distinct disadvantage.

GALAHAD, The Steel Column

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Medium

TYPE OF FIGHTING: Hand-to-hand combat / Beacon defender / Versatile fighter

ACCOUNT LEVEL: Level 11

SPECIAL SKILLS:Phalanx Mode - Galahad moves his shield from his side and places it in front of him, when he is protected from frontal attacks, his movement speed is 20% lower.

COST: 2,500 gold

The Galahad is the first robot in its category Knights ( knights ), hand-to-hand combat maniac this Mech has been left a bit on the sidelines after the latest updates due to the high amount of missile launchers that have entered the game mechanics at the highest alloy levels, it is still an excellent device up to Gold / Diamond alloys. To juggle the first levels of the game, the Galahad has a good attack / defense capability especially against those Mechs that use plasma / energy weapons but although it lacks the considerable speed found in Mechs like the Gareth, its firepower and its protective shield can make it stand up to the most powerful configurations of the Carnage or Griffin. The best configuration for the Galahad uses an energy/plasma set up for medium range combat, while at long range it prefers guns like the Magmum or Taran, the Pinata or Orkan are not disdained either.

INQUISITOR, The Iron Judge

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Medium

TYPE OF COMBATMENT: Close Combat

ACCOUNT LEVEL: Level 5

COST: 10,000 components of the Inquisition

Balanced skirmisher produced by a theocratic city state of religious fanatics is designed to punish infidels. The Inquisitor's skill can be a great way to get out of a dangerous situation or create one for your enemies. Equipped with two medium and one heavy equipment slots, his offensive ability proves to be fearsome especially after learning to use his special skill to the full. The only big flaw of this Mech is the cost, being a very special and expensive currency to acquire during the game, many pilots hope to acquire it through the super chest or directly through the use of real money.

KUMIHO, The Fast Hunter

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Medium

TYPE OF COMBATMENT: Versatile fighter / Beacon hunter

ACCOUNT LEVEL: Level 5

COST: 10,000 kumiho components

A nimble fighter with remarkable shooting speed, he excels in beacon hunting and slow enemy destruction, making it almost impossible to capture. Super speed, two medium weapon slots and very high waist points make this Mech a fearsome opponent when used by a pilot skilled in continuous movement. The Kumiho is always preferred to the Rogatka because it is faster, may lack the ability to Jump but effectively compensated by the Dash I could use it twice at the expense of the single use of the previous, it is therefore recommended to equip it with two Orkan or two Scourge depending on the preferred game mode.

SPECTRE, the Iron Ghost

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Medium

TYPE OF COMBATMENT: Heavy duty versatile fighter

ACCOUNT LEVEL: Level 5

SPECIAL SKILLS: Descent - Spectre activates stealth mode by preventing enemies from hooking it and then launching into the air. Stealth mode remains active 2 seconds after landing. Cooldown ability 22 seconds.

COST: 10,000 spectre components

What this robust robot lacks in strength is compensated in attack power, equipped with four medium weapon slots that make up a strong and fearsome opponent in any conflict. The Descent skill favors both an aggressive melee game and a tactical game favoring ambushes, huge is the damage favored only by a small number of life points that thanks to its qualities still makes it invisible to everything. To maximize the damage, you can think of a four Orkan configuration or a Plasma death button with a Taran, although the most terrifying long-range configuration remains four Shocktrain or Scourge.

STRIDER, The Bipid Cannon

War Robots The Battle of the Mechs Guide of Strategies

DATA SHEET:

ROBOT CLASS: Medium

This robot is a fast, unpredictable and dangerous predator for every unfortunate person who meets him on the battlefield. Usually used to launch itself into the battlefield to sow chaos and destruction in enemy lines and then quickly escape thanks to its special ability. You have to think of this Mech as an upgraded and extra fast Kumiho, equipped with one heavy and two light weapons slot. The Strider is designed and engineered for close-range combat so we recommend using it with a Thunder and two Gust machine guns in order to do as much damage as possible to those units equipped with shields.

This Mech has a jump engine and a defense system that reduces all incoming damage, which makes it essential to activate the front defense shields reduces all damage by 66% allowing it to defend itself while firing with heavy weaponry (the only one activated with the shield mode). Once the enemy's defenses have been knocked down, you switch to attack mode, activating all the remaining weapons and finishing inexorably when you are in front. We recommend as heavy armament any weapon with a very high damage ceiling, while for what concerns the medium slots, a combo between Dragoon, Redeemer or Exodus.

RAVEN, The battle jumper

Robust but rather mobile thanks to its special ability, the Raven mounts two medium and two light weapons slots to offer excellent customization possibilities. Robot very fun to play thanks to its versatile Double Jump ability to either make a double jump while in the air or take cover behind a shelter once landed from the first jump. Equipping it with a double Aphids or Vortex certainly makes it precise and capable of delivering a good amount of damage, but if you want to make the most of it the ideal weapon combo remains that of Pinata, Orkans or Pins, Tulumbas in order to make the most of the flight phase damage.

Being a very tall robot, he can easily use his weapon slots as a sopression of some key areas of the map thus preventing access to the enemy and directing him towards his teammates. Usually it's suggested to equip it with a trio of Gust or Magnum but surely the idea of introducing a Gust and an Aphid would seem to have proved to be the winning one.

War Robots Heavy Class robot guide

Heavy Class robots ( Heavy Class ) are the slowest on the battlefield but at the expense of their slowness, they have a really fearsome fire potential. Specialists in ranged shooting such as the Fury or the Butch they can disintegrate enemies with a few cannon shots, while the Lancelot or the Inquisitor... they're giving hand-to-hand and close-quarters lessons in damage. Leo, Griffin and Raijin offer unique qualities that allow them to be used even at the highest levels of the alloys.
