Memorigi is proposed as a software that can help you rationalize your day in order to make you more operational. Inside you will find the section "MY DAY“, Dedicated to events and activities to be carried out in a single day. Then follows a calendar with monthly view and a slightly more complex page. In the latter you will find many tags (categories) that you can add or remove. Among those already included we find "culture", "reading", "entertainment" and much more. In this case, the tags can be enabled in macro areas where you can store your long-term goals.
The application, like a calendar, there will notify start and end of each activity, helping you to respect the deadlines and to rationalize the time flow. Finally, it provides a comfortable and beautiful graphic which summarizes your failures and successes.
When you finish an activity, it will increase your score in the application. The graph will be useful to understand how to best organize your time, also following your "failures".
In addition to being well made and well cared for, Memorigi integrates perfectly with yours Google calendar, to connect all your devices. The application is free but, if you want, by paying a monthly fee of only 3,29 euros, you will have a Full version with added functions. For example you will be entitled to 100 GB of cloud storage, attachments, sub-tasks and other more complex features. The application, however, is perfectly usable even in its free version before boring banner ads.
The only sore point of Memorigi is that it is not available for IOS, but only for android.

Google Keep
Unlike Memorigi, Keep is one of the applications of the well-known Mountain View giant. This started out as a simple one block notes of your smartphone, but with the right precautions it turns into an excellent and free app for the routine.
Through Keep you can create plans, events and lists that you can also schedule. Since it was born as a Google application, it can be installed and reachable anywhere. Whether from your smartphone (Android or IOS) or from your desktop.
To use Keep, simply log in with yours Google account and create a note. This can be alerted with a timer that you set, add images, voice memos and share notes with your friends or colleagues.
