Temporarily deactivate your Instagram account

Open your Web browser and go to the official website Instagram here.

Enter your login and your mot de passe in the appropriate fields and click on the button Log In.

Then click on theprofile icon top right, next to the heart-shaped one.

Click on the button Modify my profile next to your nickname.

In category Modify my profile, scroll down to the bottom of the page to click on the blue link Temporarily deactivate my account.

Select the reason for your departure Instagram from the drop-down menu.

Enter your mot de passe in the appropriate field and click Temporarily deactivate the account.

In the small dialog box that opens, validate your choice by clicking on the button Yes.

Your Instagram account is now deactivated. Your profile, posts, comments and likes are now hidden from the general public until further notice. This procedure can be temporary: if you wish, you can reactivate your account at any time. All you have to do is enter your login credentials from your application.
