For your information, Plex is an application designed for the use of multimedia content on multiple devices; it is made up of two fundamental components: a program server, which must be installed and configured on the device that contains the media library to be shared (for example a computer or NAS), and aapp client, which must be installed (and appropriately configured) on transmission devices (such as smartphones, tablets or Smart TVs) in order to play the contents from the server.

Plex is compatible with most Smart TV operating systems (eg. Samsung, LG and appliances equipped with Android TV): for a complete list, I invite you to consult the specific page available on the software website.
