NB: If the program fails to log in to iCloud and a “network” error appears, the cause could be the presence of two-factor authentication on iCloud. To solve the problem you will have to disable this type of authentication like this: log in to the Apple ID account page and click on Change in the Security section. Click the option to turn off two-factor authentication. After creating new security questions and confirming your date of birth, two-factor authentication will be disabled.

I can't transfer the backup from Icloud to Android (using Mobiletrans) because a box appears after entering the Icloud ID that says “network problem, check that the computer is correctly connected to the network”. but in fact it is connected correctly. what should I do?

  • That error appears when two-factor authentication is present on iCloud.
You need to log in to the iCloud site and remove that option as also indicated at the bottom of this page: https://support.apple.com/it-it/HT204915
