- Using a web browser, go to the Disney + site.
- Click on the button 7 days free.
- In the next screen, enter your e-mail address, click on Continue then Accept and continue to accept the Disney + terms and conditions of subscription.

To give you access to the free trial week, Disney + will then ask you for payment information.
