Disney + is set to welcome Star, a new section featuring more mature content. In particular, it will be possible to activate parental controls to prevent the youngest from viewing programs that are not adapted to their age. Here are the steps to follow.
Disney + gets a makeover! The SVOD platform will welcome a new section as of February 23. It will be called Star and will carry a myriad of films and series intended for a more adult audience. In doing so, the Disney + subscription offers will increase by two euros. In this regard, be aware that the increase will take longer to apply if you subscribe before February 23.
In the new catalog, we will find in particular all the Alien or Hitman films. Content that obviously does not suit a juvenile audience. Fortunately, it will be possible to set up parental controls. Here's how to do it.

As a reminder, it will be possible to have several profiles on Disney +. Thus, you can choose an age limit for each profile. It will suffice in particular to indicate +18 in the parameters to be able to view all the contents. To do this, you will need to enter your account password and then choose a PIN code that will give you access to your adult profile. Thus, your children will not be able to access it as they wish.
They will also not be able to manually modify the pin codes.. And for good reason, it will be necessary to enter the password of the main account to make this type of modification. Note that by creating a child profile, your offspring will simply not have access to Star.
Ultimately, it will therefore be possible to determine an age limit for each profile. In detail, there will be five different classifications, namely: +9, +12, +14, +16 and therefore +18. Watch how it will look:
