Tijs Van Impe is a Belgian artist specializing in the hand painting of Nike sneakers. Through his Tazz Customs page he showcases all his works and is open to inquiries. But his latest creation is the result of a collaboration with  Dirk Denoyelle, one of the few certified LEGO professionals in the world. You can admire Denoyelle's LEGO creations on her official page Amazings. The pair of shoes was entirely sewn and hand painted by the two artists.

Tijs Van Impe describes the project as follows:

“This unique hybrid creation of a Nike sneaker mixed with LEGO bricks was my most elaborate project so far. I am extremely proud of the final result and feel once again that I have pushed my limits further. I didn't just want to paint shoes like I've seen others do so far. It was crucial to incorporate original LEGO parts and make sure the shoes were still wearable ”.
